Costs of a FirstClass Communication System for your Church

The Cost includes the hardware, the software, and the Installation and Training Workshops. In other words, Church Consulting Inc will come to your Church, wherever you are in North America, do the total Installation according to your wishes, Train the Staff, and then do Training Workshops for the Clergy, Leaders, and Key People of the Church.

T0TAL COST (one time)   $ 8850.

A) Includes the Server, Monitor, keyboard, mouse, OS software, FirstClass Server Software and Licences for minimum of 50 users, Installation and Detailing, Router, cables, minimum of 1 week of Training for Clergy, Secretaries, and Parish Leaders.

B) Includes a Parish Website (for small additional amount), if desired, plus Training of persons for Maintenance.

C)  Includes 1 year of free FirstClass Technical Support (with an 800 telephone number) plus 1 year of free Upgrades (usually 2 upgrades per year). Thereafter for a small annual Maintenance and Support fee, the free Technical Support and regular Upgrades is continued.

D) The Church will supply a static IP connection for the Server --- it may be part of the Internet connection used by the Church Office. The Server will normally be located in a small corner of the Church Office out of the way. The Church will also supply a registered domain name, unless it already exists.

E) The Server is normally configured with a Windows Operating System, but since FirstClass is multi-system, you can order it for Windows, MAC or Linux.  Users can use any form of FirstClass Client (Windows, MAC, or Linux) to access the Communication System from anywhere in the world. The FirstClass Client for Users is free. The Server can also be accessed via a web browser.

F) Since we travel by RV, we would expect to park our RV next to the Church or Hall for the necessary 1 to 2 weeks of Installation and Training Workshops, and that electric power and a water hose will be made available for the RV (5th wheel). The RV is our living quarters during the time there. Training should normally be done in one of the rooms of the Church building.
